Oh, Fur Pet's Sake Pet Sitting Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions

1. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake agrees to provide reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitting, dog walking, and other applicable pet care services. In consideration of the services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and releases Oh, Fur Pet's Sake from all claims against the company, its owners, employees, and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Oh, Fur Pet's Sake.

2. The Client agrees to notify Oh, Fur Pet's Sake of any concerns within 24 hours of completing the services.

3. The Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered and understands that payment is due upon completion of services.

4. Failure to submit payment for services rendered will necessitate pre-payment for all future bookings to secure reservations.

5. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake shall exercise all precautions against sickness, injury, escape, loss, accidents, or death of Client's pet(s). Oh, Fur Pet's Sake is not responsible for sickness, injury, escape, loss, accidents, or death of the Client's pet(s) unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct by Oh, Fur Pet's Sake.

6. The Client agrees that no other persons will have access to the home before, during, or immediately after Oh, Fur Pet's Sake's services have been rendered.

7. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake does not accept liability for other persons who will be in your home before, during, or immediately after our services have been rendered.

8. The Client represents and warrants that the pet(s) are appropriately vaccinated and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

9. The Client agrees to identify all video and audio devices located inside and outside the home before the start of any service. These devices will not operate in any bedroom or bathroom designated for Pet Sitter use.

10. The Client accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and other damages resulting from an injury to the Pet Sitter, other persons, or other animals caused by the Client's pet(s) or negligent act.

11. The Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Oh, Fur Pet's Sake in case of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by the Client's pet(s) or negligent act.

12. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake reserves the right to temporarily connect a tracking device to the Client's pet(s) to track pet(s) while it's in the Pet Sitter's care.

13. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake reserves the right to temporarily connect a video device to the Client's home network to monitor the pet(s) while the Pet Sitter provides services.

14. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Pet Sitter, in their sole discretion, determines that the Client's pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people or the Pet Sitter. If concerns prohibit the Pet Sitter from caring for the pet, Oh, Fur Pet's Sake will attempt to contact the Client and their emergency contact to arrange alternative care. If the Client or their emergency contact cannot be reached, the Client authorizes Oh, Fur Pet's Sake to place the pet in a licensed kennel, with all charges arising to be the Client's responsibility.

15. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake reserves the right to refuse service to any Client at any time and for any reason.

16. This document authorizes Oh, Fur Pet's Sake and its representative to enter the Client's listed address to perform the agreed-upon services.

17. The Client expressly authorizes Oh, Fur Pet's Sake to employ a locksmith on their behalf and agrees to promptly reimburse Oh, Fur Pet's Sake for all costs incurred in the event of a malfunction of the lock, keys, or automatic door opener.

18. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake is not liable for any loss or damage in case of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this contract.

19. The Client agrees to properly secure the home before leaving the premises. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake will re-secure the house to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.

20. In the case of an emergency, inclement weather, or a natural disaster, the Client authorizes Oh, Fur Pet's Sake to use reasonable judgment for the care and well-being of the Client's pet(s) and residence. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake will reasonably maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the service schedule based on the Pet Sitter's sole discretion.

21. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all access points, walkways, and driveways are cleared of snow and ice to allow the pet sitter to enter safely. If the pet sitter cannot safely access the home due to inadequate snow removal, the scheduled visit will not be performed, and the client may still be charged for the visit.

22. Oh, Fur Pet's Sake is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the Pet Sitter.

23. The Client is responsible for supplying the equipment and supplies needed to care for their pet(s), including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar and leash for walks, pet food, medications, identification tags, litter boxes, cat litter, and cleaning supplies. In addition, the Client authorizes any purchase necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. The Client will reimburse Oh, Fur Pet’s Sake for the cost of all assets and related service fees within 14 days.

24. The Client authorizes using pet(s) pictures on websites, social media, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

25. The Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for services, permitting Oh, Fur Pet's Sake to accept all future in-person, telephone, online, mail, or email reservations and provide services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.

26. The Term of this document applies to all pets living in the Client’s household, including all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.
