When you join the Oh, Fur Pet's Sake pack, you'll meet with one or two of our pet specialists to ensure we're all a good fit. That specialist will be assigned based on where you're located, the services you're interested in, and which team member has availability. The person you initially meet will be your primary sitter. If you meet with a second sitter, they will serve as your backup care provider. We will never have someone you and your pets have not met enter your home unless it's an emergency. The sitter/pet bond is unique and needs to be fostered and protected. That's why we always strive to have at most two care providers for each home.
